How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. The account details appear on your order tracking page and in your email.
How do I pay?
After you place an order we send you the payment details shown at checkout. Automatic Binance payments are coming soon.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Each product has its own Instructions & Terms section listing the warranty period. If you hit a problem, contact support with your order number.
What if the account stops working?
You get a replacement inside the warranty period. Just send us your order number and a screenshot.
