FA Tools Store sells only digital products and services. We do not ship physical items. Every product is delivered electronically through the order tracking page and the email address you provide during checkout.
- No postal address or physical shipment is required to complete an order.
- Delivery happens after Binance Pay verification is confirmed by our system.
- For account-based products, login details or activation instructions are shown on the Track Order page.
- For code-based products, the redeemable code or key is displayed on the Track Order page.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes of payment verification. Some products may require manual fulfilment and can take up to the maximum window shown on the product listing.
- Automatic delivery: typically 1–15 minutes after payment is verified.
- Manual or high-value orders: usually within 30 minutes to 6 hours.
- Delays can happen if Binance payment confirmation is slow or if the supplier platform is under maintenance.
- You can check live delivery status at any time using your order number and email on the Track Order page.
How To Receive Your Order
After placing an order and verifying payment, your delivered items are available immediately on the order tracking page. You will also receive a confirmation email with a direct tracking link.
- Go to the Track Order page.
- Enter your order number and the email used during checkout.
- Click View Order to see status, delivered accounts, codes, instructions, and warranty details.
- Keep your order number safe — it is the fastest way to get support if you need help.
Delivery Address On File
Although we do not ship physical goods, our registered office address is kept on record for legal, payment, and support purposes.

- This address is not a pickup location; all sales are completed online.

Failed Or Missing Delivery
If your order status shows paid but you cannot see delivered items within the expected window, contact WhatsApp support with your order number. We will check the supplier status and complete or replace the delivery.
